Message	Those are the same parts that come on OEM shifters. If you have an OEM shifter in good shape, you could use the OEM parts on the Z1 short shifter(they are interchangeable) but Nissan does not sell that part separately. Unfortunately, it sounds like Z1's replica of the plastic part is inferior to OEM and will need to be changed out more often :-(
